Justin Ricciardella, CPA
Managing Member
Justin is the managing member of the firm. Justin has significant experience with conducting financial statement audits, reviews and compilations for for-profit and non-profit entities. Justin also specializes in non-profit tax returns and enjoys helping exempt organizations focus on what really matters—their missions. His combined experience with tax and attestation enables streamlined workflow processes.
Prior to founding Ricciardella CPA, Justin worked for two mid-size firms, one in the South Florida region, and the other in the Baltimore metropolitan area. At these firms he managed over a combined million dollars of annual billings.
In 2017, Justin was recognized and voted amongst his colleagues as a “Natural Leader” and is a graduate of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants leadership class of 2018.
